The IML Tools let you write your own data acquisition routines. The programming tools take care of all the hardware tasks, leaving you free to concentrate on your applications. These applications can be re-used with different instruments and devices.
Amongst other things, the Tools let you quickly configure the hardware, take a reading from an input channel and write a value to an output channel. They do this by providing methods and functions you can include in your macros and programs.

Note: The IML Tools are supplied as part of Enhanced Windmill, or as an add on to the standard Windmill. Standard Windmill comprises logging, charting and control software, and comes free when you buy any of our USB or Ethernet data acquisition units. Alternatively you can buy Standard Windmill with a serial driver for TCP/IP (Ethernet or Internet) RS232, RS485, RS422 and Modbus enabled devices.
