How do I Make a Purchase?

1. Go to the Software or DAQ Hardware catalogue.
2. Add the product you wish to buy to your shopping basket. You're taken to the Shopping Basket page and asked for confirmation. You're then returned to whence you came.
3. Send your order.

To view your order select Shopping Basket from the menu on the left.

To order on-line your browser needs to support either Java or Active X, and to accept Cookies. If yours doesn't you can fax, post or phone through your order instead.

What do you Charge for Shipping?

There are no shipping charges!

Will I have to Pay any Tax?

For orders made from the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free. During the ordering process VAT will initially be shown. If you are outside the EU just select the Exempt box to reduce VAT to zero.

How Secure is your Credit Card Handling?

We know of no cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128-bit encryption. They are not held in clear text on any web site. The encryption begins when you reach the credit card details screen in the ordering process.

If you are still concerned about credit card security - order on-line as normal but instead of filling in your credit card details select to send your details separately, or ask us to invoice you.

Is there a Guarantee?

If you receive hardware or software that is not suitable for your requirements, you can return it for a full refund. Please notify us within 10 days of delivery, and tell us the reasons for unsuitability. All hardware you choose to keep has a 12 month guarantee.

Is there any Technical Support?

We operate a policy of free technical support for life. This is supplied by e-mail (techsupport@windmill.co.uk) and by telephone (+44 (0)161 833 2782).

What is your Privacy Policy?

We will neither disclose your details to any third parties, nor include your address on any mailing list of our own.

What's the Price in Dollars or in my Currency?

Your Credit Card Company will charge you in your local currency, according to the exchange rate on that day. This currency coverter is a guide to today's exchange rate, but note that the actual price charged by your Credit Card Company may be different to that shown.
